Codere Online Wins Nasdaq Listing Reprieve, Sets Q4 Results Date

Codere Online Luxembourg, S.A. has been given more time by Nasdaq to resolve a compliance issue tied to its delayed annual filing, the company confirmed on 13 February 2025.

In a letter received on 12 February, the Nasdaq Hearings Panel agreed to let the online gaming operator keep its listing on the exchange, provided it files its Form 20-F annual report for the year ended December 2023 by 12 May 2025. The decision followed a hearing held on 16 January, at which the panel reviewed Codere Online’s plan to return to compliance with Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5250(c)(1).

The company said it continues to work with a newly appointed auditor to finalise and submit the overdue report to the US Securities and Exchange Commission within the extended deadline, which would bring it back in line with Nasdaq’s requirements.

Q4 results due this month

Following the listing update, Codere Online confirmed it will publish its fourth-quarter 2024 financial results before 8:30am US Eastern Time on Thursday 20 February. Company management will hold a conference call at the same time to discuss the results and provide a broader business update.

The earnings release and accompanying presentation will be published on the company’s website, with dial-in details and a webcast registration link available through its Events & Presentations section. A recording of the call will be made available afterwards.

Codere Online operates online sports betting and casino products across Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Argentina, and forms part of the wider Codere Group, which also has a retail presence across Spain and Latin America.
