Games Global Launches UFC Gold Blitz Ultimate Slot

Games Global and Fortune Factory Studios have released UFC Gold Blitz Ultimate, the newest instalment in their UFC-branded slot franchise, featuring updated fighter likenesses and a new theme-switching feature.

Games Global Launches UFC Gold Blitz Ultimate Slot

Games Global, working with exclusive studio partner Fortune Factory Studios, has launched UFC Gold Blitz Ultimate, extending its Gold Blitz slot franchise built on UFC intellectual property.

The game retains the UFC Octagon as its central setting, with visuals updated to reflect the promotion’s current roster. Where the previous edition featured Jon Jones, Amanda Nunes and Zhang Weili, the new release depicts Israel Adesanya, Alex Pereira and Max Holloway, aiming to reflect the sport’s present line-up and widen its international appeal.

New customisation feature

A Dynamic Theme Switcher has been added, letting players choose between US, Brazil and EU-themed arena designs, intended to increase localisation and immersion.

On gameplay, the Gold Blitz collect mechanic can pay out prizes and jackpots up to 2,500 times stake. Gold Blitz respins offer additional win opportunities, while a persistent multiplier feeds into the Choose Your Blitz bonus round, in which players pick between 12 spins with 60 prize symbols or 20 spins with 20 prize symbols.

The title adds to Games Global’s roster of sports-licensed slots, following previous releases including WWE Bonus Rumble: Gold Blitz and Money Mayweather.

Executive comment

Alexander Monsma, Game Sales Team Manager at Fortune Factory, said UFC has become one of the sporting world’s best-known brands, and that the studio aimed to capture the competitive energy of the Octagon within the game. He added that the new release builds on the existing franchise by introducing the Theme Switcher and updated Gold Blitz mechanics.

Andy Booth, Chief Product Officer at Games Global, said licensed IP content remains central to the company’s strategy, noting that the UFC partnership has allowed it to diversify operators’ game lobbies while giving players new ways to engage with familiar sporting brands.

Games Global operates a network of 42 in-house and partnered studios, which have produced more than 1,400 proprietary games over the past two decades, spanning slots, table games, video poker, video bingo, progressive jackpots, game shows, crash games and live casino content.
