Pragmatic Play adds Wisdom of Athena 1000 to supercharged slot series

Pragmatic Play has launched Wisdom of Athena 1000, a special edition of its established slot title and the newest entry in the supplier’s ‘supercharged’ 1000 series.

The game forms part of the studio’s Greek Gods franchise and retains the tumbling wins mechanic of the original release. Consecutive tumbles can unlock the top row positions on a 6x6 grid for the duration of a spin, while random multipliers of between 2x and 1,000x the stake can appear at any point, stacking together before being applied to the final tumble win.

Bonus feature and multipliers

Landing four or more scatter symbols triggers a bonus round starting with 10 free spins, which can be extended with a further five spins if retriggered. Progress made towards unlocking the top reel positions carries over between spins during the feature, and multipliers that land continue to add to a running total, increasing the likelihood of opening the full grid for larger wins.

Wisdom of Athena 1000 follows earlier releases in the 1000 series, including Gates of Olympus 1000, Sugar Rush 1000 and Sweet Bonanza 1000.

Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play, said the new title doubles the win potential of the original game, adding 1,000x multipliers and a maximum win of 10,000x the stake.
