Push Gaming brings back Push Ways mechanic for new Fire Pig slot
Push Gaming has released Fire Pig Push Ways, an oriental-themed slot reviving the split-symbol mechanic first seen in Big Bite Push Ways.
B2B games supplier Push Gaming launched Fire Pig Push Ways on 13 August 2025, marking the return of its Push Ways mechanic in a new oriental-themed title aimed at delivering fast-paced play and strong win potential.
The mechanic, which first appeared in Big Bite Push Ways, causes any symbol landing within a designated Hot Zone to split into two, adding extra positions to the reels and increasing win opportunities as the board expands during a spin.
Familiar mechanic, fresh theme
Fire Pig Push Ways combines the established Push Ways feature with an oriental aesthetic, a genre Push Gaming says remains popular among players. The studio describes the release as building on elements from Big Bite and its follow-up while introducing new variations.
Hot Zones remain central to gameplay, prompting the symbol splits that can lead to larger wins. The game also includes Fire Pig and cash symbols, jackpots and Fire Pig multipliers, adding further layers to the mechanic.
