Thunderkick releases farming-themed slot Milk the Cow

Independent slots studio Thunderkick has added Milk the Cow to its 2025 portfolio, a farming-themed title built on a 5x5 cluster pays grid.

The game reuses the Wild Field mechanic previously featured in Thunderkick’s Archie O’Loggins and the Enchanted Masks release. When two cow wild symbols land during the base game, a rectangular field is formed between them and all symbols inside are converted into wilds.

Field Day bonus and Hold & Win mechanic

A separate feature, Field Day, is triggered when two tractor bonus symbols appear, creating a rectangle of ploughed soil between them. If a farmer symbol lands within this field, the bonus round is activated.

Once triggered, the field is fenced and adjacent grid positions become Hot Zones. Players are awarded three respins during which only hay, cow and farmer symbols can land. Any cow that lands is locked in place and resets the respin count to three.

Cows landing within the fenced area carry a meter that upgrades them from bronze to silver and eventually gold, increasing their value. The fenced field can expand further if a farmer lands in an adjacent Hot Zone. Filling the entire grid with 25 cows triggers the 5,000x Grand Jackpot.

Part of a wider 2025 slate

Milk the Cow joins other Thunderkick titles released this year, including The Wildos 2, The Golden Pot & Pints and Midas Golden Touch 3.

Mike Collins, Game Product Owner at Thunderkick, said the studio aimed to combine entertaining features with strong win potential and its established artwork style, adding that the title reintroduces the Wild Field mechanic alongside a new take on the Hold & Win format that uses progress meters to increase payouts.
