3 Oaks Gaming launches space-themed Hold & Win slot Space Coins

3 Oaks Gaming, an established distributor of iGaming content, has released Space Coins, a new slot title that pairs a retro 3x3 format with a space setting and a Hold & Win bonus mechanic.

The game is designed to expand the supplier’s existing range of Hold & Win titles, combining classic slot structure with updated visuals and sound design.

Bonus mechanics

The core feature, the Hold & Win Bonus Game, is triggered when Bonus Coin symbols appear on reels one and three together with a Collect symbol in the centre position. Once active, players are given three respins, during which only Bonus, Collect and Jackpot symbols can land. Landing a new qualifying symbol resets the respin count, while the Collect symbol stays in place and adds up all visible values on the grid.

During the bonus round, players can win fixed MINI, MINOR, MAJOR and GRAND jackpot prizes. If all three Collect symbols appear alongside the GRAND Jackpot symbol, the payout is tripled.

Space Coins also includes a Lucky Spin mechanic and a Bonus Meter as alternative routes into the feature. Players can additionally buy direct entry to the bonus round via Bonus Buy and Super Bonus Buy options, priced at 75x and 150x the stake respectively. The Super Bonus Buy option guarantees that all three Collect symbols are active from the start.
