3 Oaks Gaming wins UKGC certification for slot portfolio

3 Oaks Gaming, a distributor of iGaming content, announced on 28th January 2025 that it has secured UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) certification for more than 50 of its slot titles, a step that paves the way for the games to be offered to UK players.

The certified catalogue includes established titles such as 3 Pots of Egypt, Storm of Olympus and 777 Fruity Classic, alongside the recently launched Hawaii Riches.

Building on existing UK licence

The certification follows a compliance review process and builds on a UKGC operating licence the company obtained the previous year. According to 3 Oaks Gaming, the approval process was designed to ensure its games met the regulator’s standards before entering what it describes as one of the world’s most mature and closely regulated iGaming markets.

The company positions the certification as part of a wider international expansion strategy aimed at increasing its footprint in regulated jurisdictions.

Company comment

Sebastian Damian, Managing Director of 3 Oaks Gaming, said the certification of its portfolio was a significant achievement that reflected the company’s focus on producing content that meets regulatory requirements. He added that the UK represents an important market for the business and that the company intends to work with operators to bring its games to players in the region, framing the move as part of its broader commitment to responsible gaming growth.

3 Oaks Gaming supplies its slot content to regulated markets globally via API integration with back-office support.
