3 Oaks Gaming secures Brazilian certification for slots portfolio
The iGaming content distributor has certified its remote gaming system, RNG and a range of slot titles for Brazil's newly regulated market.
3 Oaks Gaming has obtained certification for its remote gaming system, random number generator and a selection of its slot games ahead of supplying licensed operators in Brazil, following the opening of the country’s regulated market on 1 January 2025.
The certification process confirms that the supplier’s systems meet compliance standards set by Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, allowing it to offer its iGaming software to licensed operators in the country.
Certified titles
Among the games certified for the Brazilian market are Lucky Penny, 3 Hot Chillies and Coin Volcano, part of the company’s wider slots catalogue.
Market context
Brazil’s regulated betting and gaming sector is forecast to generate more than €6.5 billion in revenue in 2025, according to data cited from Statista, as the market continues to expand under recent regulatory reforms.
The certification forms part of 3 Oaks Gaming’s broader strategy of pursuing regulated markets internationally. The company said the move positions it to work with licensed Brazilian operators and build a presence in the region.
Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer at 3 Oaks Gaming, described the certification as a significant step in the company’s growth, pointing to the scale of opportunity in Brazil and the firm’s ambition to build a lasting presence in the market.
