Altenar rolls out Bet Cards feature for sportsbook operators

Altenar, a sportsbook and iGaming technology provider, announced on 7th August 2025 the launch of its Bet Cards feature, a new way for operators to display both boosted and non-boosted betting selections.

The tool allows operators to build curated lists of bets, giving them greater control over how promotions are presented and consumed by users. Bet Cards are designed to integrate into existing widgets, extending promotional visibility beyond the company’s existing Top Boosts function to cover a wider range of selections.

Bet Builder support and future development

The initial version of Bet Cards supports pre-built selections, which Altenar said would be particularly useful for Bet Builder markets. The company plans to expand the feature further by adding support for multiples, broadening the scope of promotional bets beyond single and Bet Builder options.

Future updates will also allow Bet Cards to be linked with Altenar’s recently launched Tipster Module. Additionally, the company intends to automate the population of Bet Cards lists using its Intelligence Services, aiming to cut down on manual work for operators.

Part of wider sportsbook development

Altenar described the launch as one of several recent enhancements to its sportsbook product suite, aimed at keeping pace with operator and market demand.

Dinos Doxiadis, Director of Product - Sportsbook and Data at Altenar, said the introduction of Bet Cards reflected the company’s aim to give operators more flexibility and creative control over how betting content is promoted, adding that it was intended to improve user experience and open up further engagement opportunities. He said further development of the feature would continue, with the goal of helping partners deliver more personalised betting experiences.
