BGaming launches Fortuna TRUEWAYS slot with Greek mythology theme
BGaming has released Fortuna TRUEWAYS, a new online slot combining the classic Hold and Win bonus format with its TRUEWAYS mechanic and a Mount Olympus theme.
iGaming content provider BGaming has released Fortuna TRUEWAYS, a new slot title that reworks the traditional Hold and Win bonus round using the studio’s TRUEWAYS mechanic. The game is set on Mount Olympus and centres on the goddess Fortuna, offering a maximum win of €250,000.
Game features
The title includes several bonus elements, among them a Wheel of Fortune feature, a purchasable Fortuna SpinUp option, and a mechanic called Fortuna Favors the Brave. Wild and Mystery symbols also feature alongside a Coin Respin round and a dynamic Prize system.
The Wheel of Fortune can divide a single symbol into eight parts, boosting winning combinations in both the base and bonus games. The Prize element scales with the number of cells filled with Coins during the Bonus round, starting at 30 times the stake for 12 cells and rising to 5,000 times the stake for 48 cells, with a full pay table available in the game rules.
Fortuna Favors the Brave can be triggered following a winning combination, bringing an animated Expanded Wild depicting Fortuna onto reels three and four. This can split into eight smaller Wilds, which act as multipliers when the SpinUp feature is active.
The SpinUp feature can be bought for four times the bet amount, increasing the frequency of Mystery, Coin and Wild symbols as well as Wheel of Fortune appearances. Wilds triggered through SpinUp carry multipliers ranging from x2 to x8, while Mystery symbols can transform randomly into other paytable icons.
In the Coin Respin round, a Collect symbol gathers the value of all Coins on screen, while a Boost symbol adds to the value of other Coins, excluding further Boosts. All coin values are totalled at the end of the round and paid out to the player.

Yulia Aliakseyeva, Co-CPO at BGaming, said the studio wanted to add engaging mechanics such as the progressive Prize system and Fortuna-themed features to the release, noting that the TRUEWAYS series continues to perform well by varying the standard slot format.

The company says it was the first in the sector to support cryptocurrencies and to offer Provably Fair games, and it also produces exclusive titles in partnership with operators.
