Blueprint Gaming releases Napoleon Megaways slot

Blueprint Gaming has released Napoleon Megaways, the latest addition to its long-running Napoleon franchise, bringing a six-reel slot built on the Megaways mechanic with 15,625 ways to win.

The game is themed around Napoleon’s military campaigns, with the French strategist appearing across the reels as players attempt to secure wins through the title’s various features.

Wilds and bonus features

A key mechanic is the Napoleon Wilds system, which upgrades high-value symbols each time they land, progressing from Drums to Pistols to Cannons. Landing between one and four wilds during the bonus round triggers additional free spins, up to a maximum of seven.

Three or more crown-themed scatter symbols unlock the Free Spins bonus, awarding 12 free spins. The same scatter trigger within the bonus round grants a further 12 spins along with a cash prize, with the value tied to the number of scatters landed.

During base gameplay, Napoleon symbols function as expanding wilds, taking on a multiplier based on how many positions they cover on the reels. This differs from the original Napoleon title, where wild multipliers were instead linked to the value of a winning combination.

Third instalment in the series

Napoleon Megaways continues Blueprint Gaming’s strategy of refreshing established game franchises with new mechanics and features for existing and new player audiences.

Jo Purvis, Director of Marketing, PR and Events at Blueprint Gaming, said the studio was pleased to bring Napoleon’s battlefield legacy back with updated visuals, sound design and gameplay features, including the enhanced wild offering and bonus round.
