Evoplay launches Mexican fiesta-themed slot Don Juan Peppers
Evoplay has released Don Juan Peppers, a new slot combining chili-based bonus mechanics with four fixed jackpots and a bonus buy option.
Evoplay, the game development studio, launched Don Juan Peppers on 19 August 2025, a slot themed around a Mexican fiesta with 20 fixed paylines.
The game centres on two bonus symbol types. Landing three Chili Bonus icons on reels two, three and four triggers seven free spins, during which each additional Chili Bonus symbol awards an Instant Chili Prize based on the value shown above its reel.
Separately, landing six or more Bonus symbols activates a bonus round in which Bonus and Chili icons lock in place and the spin counter resets to three. Within this round, Chilis can increase the value of up to four Bonus symbols before they transform, extending the chase for larger wins.
Jackpots and bonus buy
The bonus game also offers access to four fixed jackpots: Mini, Mega, Super and Grand, with the top prize set at 3,000 times the player’s stake. A Bonus Buy feature allows players to pay for direct entry into either the Bonus Game or the Free Spins round rather than triggering them through play.
Don Juan Peppers adds to Evoplay’s existing slot portfolio, continuing the studio’s focus on combining bonus mechanics with visual storytelling.
