Greentube strikes South Africa content deal with Supabets
NOVOMATIC's digital gaming arm has partnered with sports betting operator Supabets to bring its casino portfolio to South African players via the Greentube Mynt platform.
Greentube, the NOVOMATIC Digital Gaming and Entertainment division, has agreed a partnership with South African sports betting and gaming operator Supabets, extending its presence in the market following an earlier entry supported by NOVOMATIC Africa.
The deal gives Supabets access to Greentube and Novomatic’s game portfolio through Greentube’s Mynt platform, which is built around a Remote Gaming Server designed to support content deployment, player engagement and retention.
Classic titles included
Under the agreement, Supabets customers gain access to a number of well-known Novomatic titles, including Book of Ra, Lucky Lady’s Charm deluxe and Sizzling Hot deluxe. Greentube said the move introduces its content to a new player base in one of the continent’s larger gambling markets.
The company described South Africa as a priority market for its expansion plans in 2025, framing the Supabets tie-up as part of a broader push to grow its footprint in the country.
Supabets operates a sportsbook offering more than 1,300 betting markets alongside access to international leagues, plus casino and live gaming content from multiple suppliers.
Executive comment
Markus Antl, Director of Global Sales and Key Account Management at Greentube, said the partnership reflected strong demand for Novomatic content in the region and expressed hope for a lasting relationship with Supabets.
Bavu Mpama, Head of Product at Supabets, said the addition of Greentube’s titles supported the operator’s aim of offering a premium gaming experience, and that a positive response from players was expected.
