Light & Wonder goes live in newly regulated Brazilian market
Light & Wonder has launched its online gaming platform in Brazil, offering both in-house and third-party content through operator partnerships following the country's market regulation on 1 January 2025.
Light & Wonder, Inc. has launched its online gaming content in Brazil after the country’s regulated online casino market went live on 1 January 2025. The go-live has taken place through partnerships with several established online operators in the region.
Brazilian players can now access Light & Wonder’s in-house titles, including 88 Fortunes Megaways, and franchises such as Cash Falls and Ultimate Fire Link. The launch also brings content from ELK Studios, part of Light & Wonder’s portfolio, including the Pirots franchise, alongside third-party titles distributed via the company’s iGaming content marketplace.
Latin America expansion
Brazil is expected to become the largest regulated online gambling market in Latin America. Light & Wonder already has an established presence in other regulated markets in the region, including Colombia, Mexico and Argentina.
Tatiana García Barrenechea, Commercial Director for LATAM at Light & Wonder, described Brazil as a key regulated market in the region, saying the company aims to deliver localised content to players through its operator partners within a secure environment.
Content marketplace
Light & Wonder’s content marketplace features more than 3,500 games sourced from a global network of in-house and third-party studios. The company said all titles available through the marketplace are supported by responsible gambling tools intended to support safe play.
