Playson launches Nudge feature in Rockin' Joker: Hold and Win
Playson has released Rockin' Joker: Hold and Win, introducing a new Nudge mechanic that gives players an additional route to the game's Bonus and Collect features.
Playson has released Rockin’ Joker: Hold and Win, the latest addition to its Joker slot series, debuting a new Nudge feature designed to add extra tension to gameplay.
The Nudge mechanic offers an alternative way to trigger the game’s Bonus Game or Collect function. When Bonus symbols land just outside the visible game field during the Main Game, the feature shifts the reel up or down by three positions, bringing the symbols into play.
Bonus mechanics and jackpots
Players can enter the Bonus Game by landing at least one Bonus symbol on every reel. Within this round, only Bonus, Collect and Joker’s Multiplier symbols appear. The Multiplier can reach up to 10x and leaves its value behind once triggered, with Bonus symbols also benefiting from any Multiplier value in the same cell.
In the Main Game, a flaming Collect symbol paired with a Bonus symbol activates the Collect Feature, totalling the value of all Bonus icons landed in that spin. This can include access to one of four fixed in-game jackpots, ranging from Mini and Minor to Major and Grand, with combined values of up to 1,000x. A separate Pile of Gold feature can also add extra Bonus and Collect symbols to help trigger the Bonus Game.

Tamas Kusztos, chief commercial officer at Playson, said the Nudge feature was designed to keep players engaged even after near misses, combining game mechanics, jackpot rewards and a rock-themed presentation to support performance for operator partners.
