Playson launches Coin Strike 2: Hold and Win slot sequel
Playson has released Coin Strike 2: Hold and Win, a follow-up to its Coin Strike title, featuring an expanded reelset and new Super Strike Coins mechanic.
Playson has launched Coin Strike 2: Hold and Win, a sequel to its earlier Coin Strike: Hold and Win slot, adding an extended reelset and several new gameplay features.
The 3x4, eight payline title retains the fruit-themed visuals of its predecessor but introduces Super Strike Coins alongside a range of mechanics designed to widen win potential.
New mechanics and bonus features
Landing Super Strike Coins can trigger the game’s Collect Feature and also unlock the Strike Boost Feature, which randomly awards multipliers of up to 10x, instant jackpots or additional Bonus Coins.
The Hold and Win Bonus round is activated when Bonus Coins appear on reels one and three together with Strike or Super Strike Coins on reel two. During this round only the highest-paying symbols remain in play, with Strike and Super Strike Coins staying fixed on the reels. Super Strike Coins collect the value of all coins displayed, including Strike Coins, during a single spin in bonus play.
Grand, Major, Minor and Mini Bonus symbols can appear at random in both base and bonus play, each capable of triggering one of four in-game jackpots. The top-tier Grand Jackpot is set at 1,000x.
Players can also opt to purchase Random Strike, High Strike and Super Strike Bonus Games, with the Super Strike option guaranteeing at least one Super Strike Coin at the start of bonus play along with the Strike Boost Feature.
