Pragmatic Play releases festive slot Big Bass Xmas Xtreme

Pragmatic Play has launched Big Bass Xmas Xtreme, a new holiday-themed title in its long-running Big Bass slot series, the supplier announced on 18th November 2024.

The game moves the franchise’s usual fishing theme to an Antarctic setting, featuring penguins and a fisherman character in a wintry backdrop.

Bonus mechanics

The bonus round is triggered when three or more scatter symbols land. Before entering the feature, players can open Christmas gift symbols that reveal modifiers, including additional free spins and guaranteed money symbols.

During the bonus round, each fisherman symbol that lands collects all money symbols present on the reels, with individual cash values worth up to 1,000x stake. Landing every fourth fisherman awards ten extra free spins along with an increased win multiplier, which starts at 2x on the second level and rises to 50x by the eighth level. The game also includes a random feature that can trigger a win if a fisherman symbol lands without an accompanying money symbol, or vice versa.

Across the eight bonus levels, the title carries a maximum win potential of 10,000x stake.
