SIS extends Doncaster Greyhound Stadium rights deal to 2028
Sports Information Services has renewed its long-term partnership with the GBGB-licensed Doncaster Greyhound Stadium, securing coverage rights through to 2028.
SIS (Sports Information Services) has signed a long-term extension to its rights agreement with Doncaster Greyhound Stadium, continuing to supply the track’s racing content to global betting operators through to 2028.
The Greyhound Board of Great Britain (GBGB) licensed venue has been part of the SIS portfolio since 2017. Under the renewed deal, SIS will continue broadcasting Doncaster’s five weekly meetings to its network of international operator partners.
Part of a wider racing portfolio
The extension follows a recent three-year rights renewal between SIS and Greyhound Racing Ireland. SIS also holds long-term agreements with track operators at Harlow, Towcester, Oxford, Valley and Star Sports-owned Star Pelaw.
Across its full portfolio of tracks, SIS delivers more than 500 races per week to operators for domestic and international betting markets. The service includes live streamed pictures, data feeds and on-screen graphics with betting triggers, alongside a range of markets and prices designed to support operators’ betting products.
Comments from both parties
Paul Witten, EMEA Managing Director at SIS, said the company had built a strong partnership with Doncaster Greyhound Stadium since 2017, and that the renewal reflected its commitment to delivering a consistent greyhound racing product. He added that Doncaster remains an important part of SIS’s round-the-clock racing schedule for operators and bettors worldwide.
Robert Watson, whose family owns and operates Doncaster Greyhound Stadium, said SIS shared the venue’s commitment to top-tier greyhound racing. He said the renewed agreement provided a foundation for continued investment in the track and its racing programme, and pointed to eight years of collaboration with SIS as the basis for extending the partnership further.
SIS has operated in live betting data and pictures for more than 35 years, supplying horse and greyhound racing, esports and live number draws to over 400 retail and online customers in more than 50 countries.
