3 Oaks Gaming secures manufacturer licence in Greece

3 Oaks Gaming, a distributor of iGaming content, has received a manufacturer licence from the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC), announced on 18 February 2025. The approval allows the company to offer its slot portfolio to licensed operators in Greece’s regulated market.

The company described Greece as an increasingly attractive jurisdiction for regulated iGaming, citing a growing player base and demand for new casino content. With the licence in place, 3 Oaks Gaming said it plans to supply Greek operators with its slot titles while maintaining compliance with local regulatory standards.

Part of wider European push

The Greek approval follows what the company called a series of successful market entries as it continues to expand into regulated jurisdictions across Europe. 3 Oaks Gaming said it is pursuing partnerships with operators in key markets as part of its broader international growth strategy.

Management comment

Sebastian Damian, Managing Director of 3 Oaks Gaming, said securing the Greek manufacturer licence marked an important step in strengthening the company’s position in Europe’s regulated iGaming sector. He added that Greece represented a strong opportunity for the business and that the company was looking to build partnerships with operators in the market.
