EvenBet Gaming marks 20th anniversary with 28% revenue rise

EvenBet Gaming, a developer of online poker software and solutions, has announced record financial results for 2024 as it marks two decades since its founding.

The company reported a 27.9% increase in annual revenue and an 8.4% rise in profits for the year, which it attributes largely to international expansion. During 2024, EvenBet entered six African markets along with Romania and the Philippines, and secured new certifications in the Netherlands, Georgia and Slovenia.

Headcount and partnerships grow

Staff numbers passed 200 during the year, a 25% increase compared with the previous 12 months. The company also launched more than 40 new projects, taking its total number of active software partnerships to over 200 across 41 countries.

EvenBet said it continued to invest in responsible gaming and anti-fraud tools within its software platform. The firm also organised two charity poker tournaments during the year, with proceeds going towards efforts against human trafficking in Southeast Asia and educational projects in Africa.

Industry recognition

The company’s 2024 performance was accompanied by industry recognition, including the ICE Landmark Award 2025 for long-term contribution to online poker, and Best Poker Provider at the EGR B2B Awards 2024.

EvenBet launched its first online poker software in 2005 and has since introduced a number of industry firsts, including a mobile poker product in 2012, cryptocurrency and blockchain integration in 2014, and an international poker network in 2018.

Dmitry Starostenkov, chief executive of EvenBet Gaming, said reaching the 20-year milestone alongside record growth reflected the efforts of the company’s team and partners, adding that the business intended to continue developing new solutions for the online poker sector.

EvenBet Gaming is licensed in Malta under an MGA B2B licence and employs more than 200 staff across offices in Malta, the United States, Serbia, Armenia and Colombia. The company holds certifications including ISO 27001, iTech Labs, BMM Labs and GLI.
