FDJ United, the betting and gaming group behind Unibet and 32Red, has renewed its partnership with Queensberry Promotions, extending a relationship between the two organisations that dates back to 2016.

As part of the deal, the ‘Unibet Lowdown’ digital series will return, giving fans behind-the-scenes access to major boxing events promoted by Queensberry. The series has previously featured exclusive content with figures including Frank Warren, Daniel Dubois, Anthony Yarde and Ryan Garner.

Content tied to upcoming fight card

The renewed sponsorship coincides with boxing’s return to UK soil on Saturday 23rd August for a British and Commonwealth Championship bout between Jack Rafferty and Mark Chamberlain. The Unibet Lowdown series will launch its new run with an exclusive interview featuring Josh Taylor, offering fans a preview ahead of the wider fight week build-up.

According to the companies, the series will continue to document the lead-up to fight nights through specially produced shows, interviews, press conferences and weigh-ins.

Comment from both parties

Frank Warren, founder and promoter of Queensberry Promotions, said the renewal came ahead of a run of major fights and shows, adding that the way fans engage with boxing has changed significantly during his time in the sport. He said the partnership aims to keep giving fans closer access to fighters and described Unibet as a leading platform for boxing-focused digital content.

Sam Mead, general manager UK at FDJ United, said the company was pleased to continue its near decade-long relationship with Queensberry, noting that the partnership has helped showcase Unibet-branded content around notable events in British boxing. He said both organisations share a customer-first approach centred on digital content, and that FDJ United intends to expand fan access further in the coming season.
