Games Global creates bespoke slot for Hard Rock Bet Casino in New Jersey

Games Global, a supplier of online gaming content, has released 9 Nekos of Fortune, a bespoke slot title created exclusively for Hard Rock Bet Casino in New Jersey. The announcement was made on 17 September 2025.

The game was produced by Gameburger Studios, Games Global’s exclusive studio partner, and draws on Japanese popular culture, centring on the maneki-neko, or ‘lucky cat’ figure.

Gameplay features

The title includes Games Global’s Epic Strike mechanic, which awards prizes of up to 2,000 times the stake when three to nine maneki-neko symbols land on the reels. Three scatter symbols trigger a Bonus Spins Wheel, offering between 10 and 30 bonus spins with a multiplier of either 2x or 3x applied to bonus round winnings.

Ongoing collaboration

The release builds on a series of joint projects between the two companies during 2025, which previously included the launch of Games Global’s Bonus Spins promotional tool with Hard Rock and the bespoke title Hard Rock Splash ’n Spin Link&Win.

Joann Pierce, Chief Commercial Officer at Games Global, said the release reflected the company’s ambition to grow its presence in regulated US iCasino markets by producing content tailored to player preferences, describing Hard Rock Bet Casino as a valued partner.

Rich Criado, VP of Casino at Hard Rock Digital, said the operator’s approach was centred on player experience, pointing to previous titles such as Hard Rock Gold Blitz and Iron Eagle Power Combo as examples of games that had performed well with its New Jersey customer base. He said 9 Nekos of Fortune added to that offering.

Games Global operates a network of 43 in-house and partnered studios, which it says have produced more than 1,400 proprietary games over the past two decades across categories including slots, table games, video poker, video bingo, progressive jackpots, game shows, crash games and live casino.
