Habanero secures Danish licence, expanding European footprint
Slots and table games supplier Habanero has been granted a licence in Denmark, its third new market approval this year following Greece and Brazil.
Habanero has been awarded a licence to operate in Denmark, extending the reach of its slots and table games portfolio into a market it says has shown steady growth over the past decade.
The supplier’s full games catalogue, including titles such as Totem Towers, Jump and the recently launched Hyper Hues, has been certified for the Danish market.
The approval follows recent licensing wins in Greece and a regulatory accreditation secured in Brazil, as Habanero continues to target jurisdictions where it believes it can add value for operators.
Third licence of the year
Arcangelo Lonoce, head of business development at Habanero, said the Danish licence marked the company’s third such approval so far this year. He said Denmark represented a market that had continued to progress within Europe, adding that the company was confident its varied games portfolio would appeal to the country’s evolving player base.
Habanero is certified in more than 20 jurisdictions and offers over 150 slot titles alongside a range of table and video poker games, marketing tools and a proprietary jackpot system.
