Hub88 launches HubConnect platform for suppliers and operators
iGaming aggregator Hub88 has rolled out HubConnect, a new tool offering enhanced data, reporting and support features for its studio and operator partners.
Hub88 has introduced HubConnect, a new product designed to give its studio partners and operators deeper insight into performance data and improve operational efficiency.
The platform is split into a Supplier Zone and an Operator Zone, both aimed at providing more detailed data and reporting for partners using the Hub88 platform. Self-service functionality is intended to let partners resolve issues independently, saving time and resources.
Further rollout planned
Additional features are scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2025, including automated promotional tools that would allow suppliers to run more tailored campaigns.
HubConnect also includes a dedicated service desk covering various support functions. Its customer experience module centralises communication with supplier clients in one platform, replacing the use of standard messaging apps in an effort to streamline support processes.
Back office updates
Hub88 has also updated its back office system to allow operators to analyse data in greater detail, supporting better understanding of player behaviour. A key addition is native currency reporting, which lets operators view account and currency activity individually rather than relying on the previous default of Euro-based reporting.
Hub88 plans to showcase HubConnect at the SBC Summit in Lisbon, where the company will be exhibiting on Stand B134.
Jess Inglott, Head of Supplier Relations at Hub88, said the company was continually looking for ways to improve its offering and make things easier for partners while maintaining a high standard of service.
Ollie Castleman, Head of Hub88, said the latest enhancements were developed in response to client feedback and would provide greater player insight along with improved reporting and support. He added that further updates to HubConnect are planned as the company continues to develop its services.
