Playson expands Ontario presence via Casino Time deal

Playson has announced a new content partnership with Casino Time, one of Ontario’s regulated online casino operators, as part of the supplier’s continued push into North America.

Under the deal, Casino Time players gain access to Playson’s Hold and Win slot range, including titles such as Coin Strike: Hold and Win, Thunder Coins: Hold and Win and Diamonds Power: Hold and Win. The games have been integrated via Light & Wonder’s aggregation platform.

Casino Time, which has a retail presence across Ontario, entered the province’s regulated iGaming market in 2024 and has since built out its digital offering alongside its land-based operations.

Comment from both sides

Blanka Homor, Sales Director at Playson, described Ontario as a market of major significance for the company in North America and said she expects the Hold and Win collection to resonate with local players.

Jeffrey Holmes, Chief Operating Officer at Casino Time, said the partnership supports the operator’s aim of delivering strong online casino entertainment, adding that Playson’s Hold and Win titles have proven popular in other markets and should bring a new dimension to its slot library.

The agreement forms part of a wider period of growth for Playson in North America, as the supplier looks to increase its footprint with operators in regulated markets.

Playson operates across 26 regulated markets with more than 200 partners worldwide, holding licences including from the UK Gambling Commission, ONJN, HGC, SGA, AGCO, GRA, MinCetur and SPA, along with a recognition notice from the MGA. The company is headquartered in Malta and Slovakia.
