Playson launches festive slot 25 Cookies: Hit the Bonus™
Playson has released a Christmas-themed slot title featuring the Hit the Bonus series' largest ever 5x5 game field, complete with multipliers, jackpots and multiple bonus rounds.
Playson, the digital entertainment supplier, has released 25 Cookies: Hit the Bonus™, a festive-themed slot that expands its Hit the Bonus series with the largest game field yet at 5x5.
The title is built around a Bonus Game, triggered when five symbols land on the middle row, set against a winter holiday theme. A Sticky Bonus symbol can appear randomly during the Main Game and stays on the reels until the Bonus Game is activated.
Bonus mechanics
Each Bonus Game round starts with three re-spins, with the counter resetting to three whenever a new icon appears. Play continues until either all cells on the grid are filled or the player exhausts their re-spins. A Multiplier feature can add up to 10 sticky multipliers per spin, with values increasing further if additional multipliers land on cells already occupied.
An Extra Bonus Game can also be triggered randomly if enough Bonus, Sticky Bonus or Jackpot symbols land on the middle row during the Main Game.
Mystery symbols, depicted as gifts, can transform into Bonus, Jackpot or Boost symbols, while Mystery Jackpot symbols convert into Mini, Minor or Major Jackpot symbols. The Boost symbol operates across both the Bonus Game and Extra Bonus Game, gathering the value of Bonus, Sticky Bonus and Jackpot symbols on the reels, with any active multipliers applied before the value is collected.
Jackpots and buy-in options
The game includes three gingerbread-themed jackpots, awarded when green, blue and purple icons land at random during bonus rounds. These pay out at 10 bets for the Mini Jackpot, 20 bets for the Minor Jackpot and 50 bets for the Major Jackpot. Filling all 25 cells on the grid triggers a Grand Jackpot worth 1,000 times the stake.
Players can also use Buy Bonus features to access three tiers of bonus play: 50 bets for the Bonus Game, 100 bets for the Extra Bonus Game and 300 bets for the Super Bonus Game.
