The iGaming aggregator has appointed Antonia Svensson to lead its global commercial strategy from its Malta headquarters, effective 15 September 2025.

Relax Gaming has appointed Antonia Svensson as its new Chief Commercial Officer, the company announced on 15th September 2025.

Svensson takes up the role at Relax Gaming’s Malta headquarters, where she will be responsible for the group’s commercial activity worldwide, including support for its product roadmap and the development of strategic partnerships aimed at generating new revenue streams.

Industry background

Svensson has more than 13 years of experience in the gaming sector, spanning payments, content supply and operations. She began her career at Trustly, where she worked on payment solutions for the gaming vertical, before moving to Yggdrasil Gaming as Chief Commercial Officer. She most recently held the position of General Manager Malta at Light & Wonder, overseeing the company’s online casino operations across Europe.

Alongside her executive roles, Svensson has held board positions within the gaming industry, including at Fantasma Games, where she contributed to business development and innovation strategy.

Relax Gaming CEO Martin Stålros said Svensson’s experience and industry knowledge would be a valuable addition to the company as it enters a new phase of growth, adding that he was pleased she had joined at what he described as an exciting point in its development.

Svensson said she had followed Relax Gaming’s progress with interest and was keen to work with the wider team to support strategic growth, strengthen partner relationships and identify new commercial opportunities in global markets.
