RocketPlay taps LuckyStreak for branded live blackjack via greenscreen tech
Online casino RocketPlay has partnered with live games provider LuckyStreak to deploy its SmartStudio greenscreen technology across its live blackjack offering.
LuckyStreak, the Riga-based live dealer games provider, has agreed a deal with online casino RocketPlay to supply its multi-camera greenscreen technology, SmartStudio, for RocketPlay’s live blackjack tables.
The setup allows RocketPlay to build a fully branded environment for its live dealer sessions, with the set, walls and floor customised to reflect the operator’s logo and colour scheme. LuckyStreak’s chroma key system supports full-HD streaming with low latency, and its back-end tools let operators swap colours, insert logos and layer video or stills to match specific brand requirements.
Reinventing the live experience
According to LuckyStreak, the technology behind the system is established, but its application allows virtual sets to be built quickly and cost-effectively, closely resembling traditional studio productions. The company said this gives operators flexibility to launch or adapt short-term branded environments without lengthy production timelines.
Ido Kamiel, chief operating officer at LuckyStreak, said RocketPlay’s adoption of the SmartStudio solution, and the results seen so far, reflected positively on the technology’s capabilities. He added that the approach reduces operational complexity for clients while giving them greater creative scope.
Alex Martin, PR manager at RocketPlay, said the operator selected LuckyStreak’s greenscreen technology for its innovation, reliability and smooth integration with its platform. Martin said player feedback since launch had been positive and that the partnership was expected to support RocketPlay’s wider live casino growth and strengthen player trust.
LuckyStreak has been producing live dealer casino content since 2014 and operates LuckyConnect, an integration API launched in 2017 that links operators to a library of live dealer and third-party games from providers including Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Ruby Play, PG Soft and Red Rake Gaming.
RocketPlay offers a range of slots, live casino games and tournaments, and has received recognition from industry award bodies and player review platforms in recent years.
