SIS brings Competitive Gaming esports product to Superbet

SIS (Sports Information Services) confirmed on 18 September 2024 that it has gone live with Superbet, adding its Competitive Gaming esports product to the operator’s offering across Europe and South America. The deal was implemented through the Genius Sports platform.

Superbet now has access to the full H2H Global Gaming League catalogue of eSoccer and eBasketball fixtures, which totals more than 150,000 events annually. SIS said the event-based format is designed to boost wagering opportunities and has previously helped operators improve engagement and margin.

Superbet, founded in 2008, has built up a significant presence in Central and Eastern Europe, with operations in Romania, Belgium, Poland and Serbia. The operator runs a broad sportsbook and continues to expand its betting markets.

Integrity-accredited format

The H2H Global Gaming League features professional gamers competing in short-form eBasketball and eSoccer matches, produced in-house in the UK. SIS said the product is the only esports offering on the market to hold the Esports Integrity Commission’s Gold Standard accreditation, with trained referees overseeing each fixture.

Andrew Kelly, Head of Commercial Partnerships at SIS, said the Superbet agreement builds on the company’s recent platform tie-up with Genius Sports and extends the reach of its Competitive Gaming portfolio across the CEE region.

Ivan Gojic, Head of Trading Product at Superbet Group, said the operator continually looks to broaden the range and quality of content available to its customers, and described SIS’s Competitive Gaming as a proven addition to its wagering offering.

SIS has operated in the live betting content space for more than 35 years, supplying racing, esports and numbers draw services to over 400 retail and online customers in more than 50 countries. Superbet, backed by a 2019 minority investment from Blackstone, operates in 12 countries and is a member of the International Betting Integrity Association.
