Tequity names Dominic Sawyer as Head of Growth

Tequity has appointed Dominic Sawyer as Head of Growth, tasking him with expanding the reach of its White Label Originals (WLO) instant games product, the company announced on 10 September 2025.

Sawyer will oversee New Sales, Account Management and Communications for WLO. He founded iGamingCrypto.io, a media and publishing brand focused on crypto gaming, and co-founded Web3 gaming platform and NFT collection Moonshot. He previously served as CMO at Web3 wallet provider Meteor Wallet.

Follows integration push

The hire comes after a period of expansion for Tequity, which recently integrated its full software suite, including its Remote Gaming Server (RGS) and WLO, onto the Elantil Marketplace. Game studio Konquer has also been collaborating with Tequity to build content using the RGS.

WLO is designed to give operators full control over branding, allowing customisation of visuals and sound so that games appear as an extension of the operator’s own platform rather than third-party content.

Comment

Sawyer said Tequity was pursuing a distinctive approach to branded content and instant-win games aimed at crypto-focused player demographics, adding that he was looking forward to promoting WLO to operators and gaming platforms internationally.

Tequity chief executive Krzysztof Opałka said Sawyer’s understanding of how the iGaming sector intersects with crypto and Web3 would support growth of the WLO concept, which he said allows operators to create bespoke branded content with ease.

Sawyer is expected to be part of the Tequity team attending SBC Summit 2025 in Lisbon.

Tequity’s technology is used by studios including Peter & Sons, Fantasma Games and AvatarUX, and is connected to operators and aggregators such as SOFTSWISS, Hub88 and Playtech. The company is led by Opałka, a former CTO, CPO and CIO at Yggdrasil.
