TPD and SIS team up to expand in-running racing odds internationally

Total Performance Data (TPD) has agreed a partnership with Sports Information Services (SIS) to broaden the availability of in-running odds across a wider range of international racecourses, the companies announced on Monday 2 June 2025.

The deal will see TPD’s in-running data feed rolled out at additional venues, initially including Racing Victoria tracks in Australia such as Flemington and Caulfield, along with racecourses in Germany and South Africa. Further international venues are expected to be added over time.

The expansion builds on TPD’s existing in-running coverage of UK, US and Canadian racing, giving the company what it describes as comprehensive global reach for live racing odds. Bookmakers already using TPD’s in-running feed, including Boylesports, Bet Victor, Entain, Sky Bet and William Hill, will be able to extend in-running betting to the newly added markets.

How the technology works

TPD’s system combines GPS tracking data with AI-driven pricing models to generate live odds for every horse throughout a race. The company says the expanded product is intended to boost betting turnover for racecourses, strengthen the racing product available to bookmakers, and create new betting formats and engagement options for punters.

Industry comment

John McBroom, commercial director at TPD, said the agreement represented a step towards making automated in-running betting a standard feature of global racing, building on the firm’s existing work in the UK, US and Canada and extending its pricing technology to prominent international venues.

Conall McSorley, head of racing at SIS, said the partnership would help bring data-driven in-running odds to more of the world’s leading racing markets, enhancing SIS’s live racing betting offering for operators and fans.

TPD describes itself as a global supplier of live horse racing data, covering more than 100 tracks across over a dozen countries with a database of more than two million performances. SIS has operated in live sports data and pictures for the betting industry for more than 35 years, supplying racing, esports and numbers draw content to over 400 customers in more than 50 countries.
