Wazdan has expanded its US presence by going live with Fanatics Casino across New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania on the same day, a first for the studio in the North American market.

The deal brings a range of Wazdan slot titles to Fanatics Casino players through the operator’s mobile app, which the company identifies as its main channel for player engagement.

Market-by-market rollout

In New Jersey, 58 Wazdan titles are now available. Michigan and Pennsylvania have launched with three titles, 9 Coins Grand Gold Edition, Hot Slot: 777 Crown and Magic Spins, with further games due to follow, seven more in Michigan and six more in Pennsylvania.

Wazdan said the integration and launch process across the three jurisdictions was completed quickly, pointing to close technical cooperation between the two companies.

Executive comment

Kieron Shaw, senior content manager at Fanatics, said the partnership helps broaden the operator’s casino content with titles that have a track record of driving engagement, adding that the company was keen to see player response across multiple states via its sportsbook and casino apps.

Bekki D’Agata, commercial director at Wazdan, described the triple-state launch as a major milestone for the company in the US, calling the simultaneous go-live in New Jersey, Michigan and Pennsylvania a first for Wazdan and evidence of the strength of its partnership with Fanatics.

Fanatics Casino operates in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia via iOS and Android apps and online at casino.betfanatics.com.
