Yggdrasil content goes live with Buccone's new Swedish casino brands

Yggdrasil has signed a supply agreement with Swedish operator Buccone, making its full slot catalogue available across the operator’s three casino brands.

Buccone runs Frank & Fred Casino, Klirr Casino and Pop Casino, all of which now carry Yggdrasil’s complete portfolio. Titles included in the rollout are Raptor DoubleMax, Golden Fish Tank and the supplier’s Vikings series.

Continued Swedish focus

The agreement extends Yggdrasil’s activity in Sweden, a market the company has served since it was founded there in 2013. It follows a broader pattern of expansion by the supplier across Europe.

Jose Simon, chief commercial officer at Yggdrasil, said Sweden remained a market of key importance to the business and that the company was pleased to bring its full portfolio to the Buccone brands, adding that its content had an authentic, local feel.

Martin Sidenvall, chief executive of Buccone, said Yggdrasil’s history in Sweden made it a strong fit for the operator’s newly launched brands, describing the tie-up as a potential landmark partnership as Buccone establishes itself in the market.

Yggdrasil is headquartered in Sweden, with additional offices in Malta, Poland and Gibraltar.
