Games Global named Trusted Partner by Tipico in Germany
Tipico has certified Games Global as one of the first suppliers under a new quality initiative designed to back operators and providers committed solely to Germany's regulated market.
Games Global, a supplier of online gaming content, has been designated a ‘Trusted Partner’ by German operator Tipico, becoming one of the first providers recognised under the operator’s newly launched quality scheme.
The initiative was set up by Tipico to support suppliers that serve only the regulated German market, amid ongoing concerns about unlicensed operators bypassing local legislation.
Focus on integrity and player protection
Games Global said the recognition reflects its commitment to operating strictly within jurisdictional rules and to upholding standards of transparency and player protection. As part of the arrangement, a range of content from Games Global and its exclusive studios will be made available to Tipico’s German player base, expanding the supplier’s presence in the market.
The partnership will also see Games Global included in Tipico’s omnichannel marketing activity, with the operator stating it will restrict promotional collaborations to suppliers holding ‘Trusted Partner’ status.
Industry comment
Joann Pierce, Chief Commercial Officer at Games Global, said the company was committed to promoting transparency and player protection and was pleased to align with Tipico’s efforts to prioritise accountability in the German market.
Christian Heins, Director of iGaming at Tipico, said the initiative was created to champion suppliers that support the regulated market, adding that Games Global had demonstrated a focus on consumer protection in its German strategy.
Games Global operates a network of in-house and partnered studios, which the company says have produced more than 1,400 proprietary games over the past 20 years, spanning slots, table games, video poker, video bingo, progressive jackpots, game shows, crash games and live casino titles.
