Push Gaming names Andy Bentley as COO in leadership overhaul

Push Gaming has confirmed a reorganisation of its senior leadership team, announced on 18 October 2024, as the B2B gaming supplier looks to support further growth.

Andy Bentley has been appointed Chief Operating Officer after spending six months working with Push Gaming on strategic projects. He previously held roles at Ladbrokes, Genting and the Gauselmann Group. In his new position, Bentley will focus on marketing and project delivery, as well as opportunities arising from Push Gaming’s acquisition by MGM Resorts.

Co-CEO structure introduced

As part of the reshuffle, co-founder Winston Lee has moved into a Co-CEO role, sharing the position with James Marshall, who was previously sole CEO. Lee will continue to oversee legal, compliance, finance and live operations, while Marshall retains responsibility for games and product development, people and culture, and sales and account management.

Leadership comments

Marshall said Bentley had already been involved in strategic work for the US and Brazilian markets over the past six months and credited his experience in B2C operations as valuable for the company’s next growth phase. He added that Push Gaming has plans to launch new games in the first quarter and continue expanding its global partnerships.

Bentley said he was pleased to move from a consulting role into a permanent position, describing Push Gaming as a company he had long admired, with further updates expected before the end of the year and into 2025.
