RubyPlay expands US footprint with Delaware launch via Rush Street Interactive

RubyPlay, a B2B iGaming development studio, has launched in Delaware through an extended partnership with Rush Street Interactive, Inc. (NYSE: RSI), making the state the second in the US where its content is live following an earlier debut in New Jersey.

The deal sees more than 20 RubyPlay slot titles made available to Delaware players via RSI’s BetRivers platform, including Immortal Ways Diamonds SE, Diamond Explosion Patriots and Immortal Ways Buffalo. The titles combine RubyPlay’s core game mechanics with US-focused themes.

Continued US growth

The Delaware launch builds on RubyPlay’s existing relationship with RSI, which began in New Jersey, and is described by the studio as part of a broader strategy to expand into multiple regulated US iGaming states.

Dr Eyal Loz, Chief Product Officer at RubyPlay, said entering a second US state was a significant step for the company, noting that the studio’s content had performed well with BetRivers players in New Jersey and expressing confidence in a similar reception in Delaware.

Richard Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer at Rush Street Interactive, said the operator was pleased to extend its partnership with RubyPlay and bring the studio’s slots to BetRivers players in Delaware, adding that RubyPlay’s portfolio continued to impress amid a growing player base in the state.

RubyPlay operates from offices in Australia, Malta and Ukraine, and offers a catalogue of more than 100 slot titles alongside bespoke game development services for operators.
