Splash Tech, a provider of free-to-play (FTP) solutions, has signed an agreement with Wiztech to integrate FTP games into the Winpot sportsbook brand in Mexico, the company announced on 24th February 2025.

The new offering will include daily predictor contests and bespoke games featuring local teams, aimed at reflecting the preferences of Mexican bettors.

Integration with Altenar

The rollout draws on Splash Tech’s existing integration with Altenar, which is intended to allow daily and weekly FTP games to be deployed directly within the Winpot sportsbook. The setup includes betslip deeplinking, a feature designed to support user engagement and improve conversion rates.

Winpot is described as one of the fastest-growing betting brands in Mexico, with an established presence in the market and a focus on customer experience.

The partnership forms part of Splash Tech’s continued international expansion, adding to its footprint in established betting markets.

Executive comment

Adam Wilson, chief executive of Splash Tech, said the collaboration with Winpot allowed the company to support a fast-growing Mexican brand with its FTP technology, adding that the Altenar integration enabled the delivery of games intended to drive retention and conversion.

Yoni Sidi, chief executive of Wiztech, said the partnership with Splash Tech would let the operator offer players engaging FTP games alongside its sports betting product, and that the collaboration was expected to strengthen customer retention and the brand’s position in the Mexican market.
