Splash Tech to supply free-to-play games for Wildz Sports
Splash Tech has struck a deal with operator group Rootz to bring a range of free-to-play engagement games to the newly launched Wildz Sports betting brand.
Splash Tech, a provider of free-to-play (FTP) gaming solutions, has agreed a partnership with operator group Rootz to introduce a series of activation and engagement games onto its recently launched Wildz Sports sportsbook.
The deal makes use of Splash Tech’s existing integration with sportsbook platform provider Altenar, allowing daily and weekly FTP games to be deployed directly on the Wildz Sports platform. The games on offer include Daily Predictor and Pick 6 formats, spanning football, ice hockey, cricket, rugby and various US sports.
All titles will be launched through the Altenar integration and will include betslip deeplinking, a feature intended to help convert players from free-to-play activity into real-money betting.
Industry reaction
Adam Wilson, chief executive of Splash Tech, said the agreement was designed to boost customer activity on the Wildz Sports brand, adding that the company’s partnership with Altenar allowed for flexible and rapid delivery of FTP products across multiple sports to encourage repeat engagement and simplify the path to real-money betting.
Mark Simmonds, head of sports at Rootz, said the partnership would allow the operator to roll out Splash Tech’s games on a regular basis, supporting engagement and loyalty across the Wildz Sports brand.
Splash Tech describes itself as a B2B free-to-play platform used for customer acquisition and retention by operators across the sports betting and iGaming sectors, with a focus on data-led game development and integration with major industry platforms.
